Empanelment of District Resource person under U.T Implemented Centrally Sponsored Scheme "Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME).

As per the operational guidelines of Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises Resource persons in each district will have to be engaged through empanelment for providing handholding support to the individual beneficiaries or group for preparation of DPRS, assisting in facilitation for availing bank loan, support for obtaining necessary registration and licenses etc.

Expression of interest is invited from eligible person for empanelment as District Resource Person on Incentives basis for a Walk-in-interview is scheduled on 12/12/2022 at 10:00 am in the Conference Hall Secretariat, DNH, Silvassa for the post to be filled on Incentives basis under Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME), DNH & DD. Terms of Reference for selection of District Resource Person (DRP) for implementation of PM Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme in the U.T of Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu.

1. QUALIFICATION:-

The educational qualification of the District Resource Person as per the revised guideline is as under:

1. First preference for District Resource person should be persons with Diploma/Degree in Food Technology from reputed national international university/institute with experience. OR 2. Second preference for person with Diploma/Degree in Food Technology from

reputed national/ international university/institute without experience. OR 3. Third preference for person with degree in agriculture and experience in food

technology and preparing DPRS etc. OR 4. Fourth preference for person with CA/Commerce background or any degree Bank Retired person with or without experience in food technology and

preparing DPRS etc.

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:-

To provide handholding support to individual units and group for preparation of DPR, taking bank loan, support for obtaining necessary registration and licenses including food standards of FSSAI, Udyog UdayamAadhar registration etc. The empanelment will be initially for one year and will be renewed from year to year based on satisfactory performance and coterminous with the scheme.

3. PAYMENT:-

Payment would be made on the basic of each beneficiary supported by them after sanction of loan to them by the bank. Payment to each DRP would be Rs. 20,000/- per bank loan sanctioned. 50% of the payment would be made after sanction of bank loan and remaining 50% after the unit takes GST &Udyog/Udayam Aadhar registration, takes standard compliance of FSSAI implement the project and is given training.
