Applications are invited for internship at ESIC Dental College and Hospital, Rohini for the academic year 2022-23 against vacant internship seats from external candidates who have passed final BDS Examination.

Applicants for the above internship should apply in the form appended below. Application filled in all respects along with self-attested copies of essential certificates and Demand Draft are to be sent in a cover super scribed "Application for Internship for external candidates in ESIC Dental College & Hospital, Rohini" by Registered Post/ Speed Post by hand so as to reach "The Office of the Dean, ESIC Dental College & Hospital, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-89 by 03:00 pm of 28-11-2022". The institute will not be responsible for any delay on account of postal delivery or delivery through any other agency.

Application should be submitted in the prescribed form only. It should be filled up in the candidates own handwriting. Following terms and conditions are to be followed: 1. The candidate is to submit the reason for undergoing internship at ESIC

Dental College, Rohini.

2. The candidate is to submit the attached undertaking, duly signed.

3. A deposit in the form of Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten thousand only) in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No.1" which would be refundable only in case the selection is not done. In case of selection, it would be adjusted within the total fee of Rs. 200,000 (Rs. Two Lakhs only). It would not be refunded in any

case, if the candidate does not join after his/her selection. The demand draft should not be tagged or stapled but should be pinned or clipped at the top of the application form. The name and address of the candidate and the purpose applied for should be written on the reverse of the demand draft.

4. The candidate is to submit the following documents: a. No Objection Certificate from the parent dental college. Letter should also state that the college is duly recognized by Dental Council of India b. NOC from Parent College authenticated by the enrolled affiliating

university to do internship at ESIC Dental College, Rohini subject to

selection.

c. No Objection Certificate from transforco dontal college i.e. ESIC Dental O College and Hospital, Rohini, Delhi authenticated by the affiliating university (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University). (The applicants are advised in their interest to obtain their NOC timely from ESIC DC Rohini so as to ensure timely authentication of the same by GGSIPU)

d. Self-attested copies of mark sheets/result of BDS examinations. e. Attempt certificate of passing BDS (each part/year) and character and

conduct certificate of the student from the parent College / Institution. f. Documentary evidence of distinction/academic achievements/extra co curricular achievements, if any.
