The Government of Uttarakhand, as mandated under section 43, 45 & 46 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, hereby invites applications from suitable candidates for the positions of 02 Members (01 Judicial Member & 01 Technical or Adminis- trative Member) in Uttarakhand Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
