NOTICE

It is proposed to fill up 02 posts of Office Superintendent on deputation basis in Pay Level-6 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC at PGIMER, Satellite Centre, Sangrur with following qualification/experience:

 

• "Degree of recognized University or equivalent and holding analogous post in pay level-6 with 05 years experience in administrative work and having knowledge of government rules and regulations in a Central/State Government Department/ Institution or Autonomous Body. OR

 

• Assistant/ Jr. Admn. Officer with 05 years of regular service in pay level-6 and having knowledge of government rules and regulations and 5 years of experience in administrative work in respective grades in a Central Government/State Goverment/ Autonomous Body. OR

 

• Upper Division Clerk with 15 years' service in pay level-4 and having knowledge of government rules and regulations and 5 years experience of administrative work in a Central/State Government/ Autonomous Body.

 

Period of Deputation shall ordinarily be for 05 years."

 

The application duly filled by the applicant on the prescribed proforma may be sent to the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh through the Head of the Department/Institution/ Organization by the 10th of April, 2023 along with their ACR/APARS for preceding five years. While forwarding such applications, it may be ensured that no departmental/ disciplinary proceedings are pending/being contemplated against the officer and a certificate to this effect shall be furnished. In case, it is not possible to send the application through proper channel before the last date, an advance copy may be sent. The advance copy should be accompanied by APARS duly certified by the competent authority. However, the final selection will be considered after receipt of the application through proper channel.

 

Incomplete applications and the applications received after due date will be summarily rejected. The Director, PGIMER reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts/withdraw the selection process at any stage due to without assigning any reasons/claim thereto.
