Applications are hereby invited from the intending eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India, in the prescribed format annexed herewith for the post of contractual staff for manning counters at e-Sewa Kendras in the District Judiciary, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur, Assam.

Required qualifications -Graduation in any stream with Degree/ PG Diploma / 1 year Diploma in Computer Application from a Govt.recognized Institute.

How to Apply:

1.The Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria shall download the "Application Form" annexed herewith this advertisement and fillup all the fields in Block Letters using Black/Blue ball pen only.

2. He/She shall paste one recent passport size colour photograph in the specified box and also shall put signature in the box specified therein.

3.The filled up "Application Form" alongwith copies of self-attested documents relating to educational qualification, Age, Identity proof, Address proof, Experience certificate and any other relevant document shall be submitted by the applicant alongwith two recent passport size colour photographs.

4.The filled up "Application Form alongwith all the said documents including photographs, shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to "The District & Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur" and shall be dropped in a drop box provided at the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur.

5. Applicants those who are already in service should submit their applications through proper channel from his/her employer.

Selection Procedure:

1. The recruitment will be purely on contractual basis for a period of one year with no provision of regularization.

2. The candidates for the above mentioned post will be selected on the basis of (1) Computer skill screening test (consisting of 45 marks) and (1) Viva-voce/ Interview (consisting of 30 marks).

Terms and Conditions:

1. Age of the Applicant/Candidate must be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2022.

2. The last date of submission of application form is 26.12.2022 and any application received thereafter shall be outright rejected.

3. Incomplete/ ineligible application(s) shall be outright rejected without assigning any reason. 4. If, information submitted by an applicant in his/her application found suppression of material facts including educational qualification, after selection, the same will be forfeited and criminal proceedings will be initiated for playing fraud and suppression of material facts and in such cases, candidate have no right to claim for selection and same will be filled up as per decision of the Selection Board and Board decision will be the final.

5. Candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application form.

6. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the Computer test/ interview.

7. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of the candidature.

8. The Applicant/Candidate (who is already in service) shall have to produce "No Objection Certificate" at the time of interview and shall have to submit release order from their employer at the time of joining.

9. Testimonials in original shall be produced at the time of test/ interview by the selected candidate(s) for verification.

10. Applicants/Candidates having work experience may be given preference at the discretion of the selection board/Committee.
