DEPUTATION:-

 

Age Limit: Not exceeding Fifty Six years. Officers working under the Departments of the Central Government or State Governments or universities or recognised research institutes or public sector undertakings or semi-Government or autonomous or statutory organizations holding:

 

(i) Analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

 

(ii) A post in the pay level 10; (56100-177500) with five years regular service in the pay level; or (iii) A post in the pay level - 8: (47600-151100) with six years regular

 

service or equivalent; or (iv) Apost in the pay level-7; (44900-142400) with seven years regular

 

service or equivalent. and

 

Educational and other qualifications: Essential:

 

(i) Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognised university: (ii) Five years of experience in dealing with legal or court matters.

 

DIRECT RECRUITMENT:-

 

Age Limit:Not exceeding forty years.
