Transforming the skill landscape

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a unique Public Private Partnership that plays a pivotal role in furthering India's skill building agenda. It is tasked with creating skill training capacity, incentivizing and funding skilling initiatives, fostering private sector participation and facilitating skills delivery across priority sectors.

NGS Global has been retained by NSDC to search for (i) Chief Financial Officer and (ii) Chief Programs Officer. Both roles report to the CEO of NSDC and require the ability/ willingness to work in a PPP environment, balancing various stakeholders' interests. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all Finance sub-functions and strengthen the financial planning and management systems that will lead to sound decision making, governance and oversight. The Chief Programs Officer will oversee the design and execution of key programs and initiatives and work closely with other senior leaders to drive strategy and innovation in transforming India's skills landscape.
