Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIMS) is amongst the newer IIMs set up by the Ministry of Education in 2015. The Institute is currently operating from its well- equipped, temporary campus located in Paonta Sahib (H.P). The permanent campus of the Institute is soon coming up in Dhaula Kuan (Himachal Pradesh) amidst serene, lush green surroundings in the Himalayas. The Institute is looking for enthusiastic and highly qualified candidates with Ph.Ds/Fellowships from IIMs or the best universities in India & abroad.

Online applications are invited from SC/ST/NC-OBC/ EWS/ PWD candidates of Indian Nationals, Including Persons of Indian Origin (PIOS) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor on a regular / contract basis. Besides the emoluments under the 7th CPC, the faculty appointed at IIM Sirmaur is also entitled to Research Awards, Medical Reimbursement, Faculty Development Allowance, Cumulative Professional Development Allowance, LTC, Children Education Allowance and other benefits as per Gol/Institutional norms.
