Global Automotive Research Centre (GARC) Chennai(under NAB/NATRIP, Ministry of Heavy Industry) is situated in the SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre at Orgadam near Chennai. The Centre has testing facilities to conduct a full spectrum of homologation and performance testing of automobiles.
