ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA

Age

(A) The maximum age of entry for both internal as well as other candidates shall be 57 years as on April 24, 2023 for 1st post of DMD and August 01, 2023 for the 2nd post of DMD;

Educational Qualifications

(B) Candidate should have an Advanced University Degree (a post graduate university degree or above) preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development or in a similar related area.

Experience/Service requirement

(C) Minimum 20 years of experience as on April 24, 2023 for the first post of DMD and August 01, 2023 for the 2nd post of DMD, at different levels in Banks/Financial Institutions (FIs) or other organizations in financial/ Agriculture/Cooperative/ Rural Development Sector.

Of these 20 years, at least 2 years of experience should be at the level of: a. Chief General Manager (CGM) in NABARD/IDBI/SIDBI

b. CGM/GM, whichever is the highest position below the Board level, in Nationalised Banks

c. Equivalent positions in other organizations d. Super time scale in All India/Central/State Services
