NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR EMPANELMENT OF ADVOCATES FOR THE BLOCK YEAR 2023-2026

Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), a statutory body of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, proposes to empanel Panel Counsel(s) for its Regional Offices to represent cases before the High Court, CGIT, CAT, DCDRF, SCDRF, NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT and Lower/ District Courts under the Jurisdiction of Zonal Office Delhi & Uttrakhand in Uttarakhand state.

The practicing advocates who are registered with Bar Council of India/ State Bar Council having minimum seven years of experience are eligible for empanelment for high Court and other Courts. For NCDRC, NCLAT and NCLT the eligibility period is 10 years. The advocates, who are on the existing panel of EPFO may also apply afresh in response to this notice.

The applicant advocates who have applied earlier in response to this office notification issued vide notice No. ACC/1(1023)/DL&UK/Empanelment of Advocates/DDN/2021/1407 dated 10.10.2022 are advised to apply afresh in the prescribed format along with supporting documents.

The prescribed application format and other details may be downloaded from EPFO's website at www.epfindia.gov.in . The last date of submission of application in the prescribed proforma alongwith supporting documents is 30.12.2022 (Friday) till 17:45 hours
