As part of its strategy to strengthen the value chain, Coromandel has evaluated backward integration opportunities for Rock Phosphate raw material and invested in BMCC, Senegal (West Africa). BMCC is in the business of mining, production, and sale of Rock Phosphate.

Coromandel is planning to engage and depute the below Manpower resources at BMCC, Senegal, for its mining operations.

Candidates with overseas experience in Mining industry especially in African countries is highly desirable.

1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: Should have minimum 12 years of post-graduate experience in overall Business Planning, Financial Budgeting, Cost Controls, Fund Management, Commercial negotiations, Compliance, MIS reporting, etc. Preferred age group 35-45 years.

2. HEAD (MINING OPERATIONS)

Qualification: B.Tech in Mining from reputed institutes

Experience: Should have minimum 18 years of experience in open cast mining operations (limestone, copper, rock phosphate, iron ore etc), with minimum of 7 years at site leadership level. Preferred age group of 40-45 years.

3. SAFETY MANAGER

Qualification: Diploma or Engineering in Mining Experience: Minimum work experience of around 12 years of which at least 5 years as Safety Manager in the mining industry. Should possess strong experience in explosive handling and blasting operations in mines. Preferred age group of 35-40 years.
