4. Get one research paper from any friend in your field, each research paper contains reference section in the last which give you option to explore further. Then there is no end, because one paper will lead to other and other lead to next and so on, the chain reaction will begin.

Each research paper is attributed towards some problem or research gap. Research papers help you setup your knowledge about an particular topic in detail and what other research researcher have published recently, so you can keep your updated with new ideas, solution and techniques being developed in your subject area.
Once you know your surrounding, you can find the problems or gap that exist in the filed and start proposing your solution and publish to journal and conference you studied during the paper reading journey.

Once you have read many papers, you already know in which journal you want to publish and what is the structure of paper. You just need to give shape to your finding as per journal requirements and reviewer's comments.

Each paper submitted to a journal or conference is reviewed by the subject experts and other researchers in your area. Reviewer's provide a feedback on the work presented in the research paper in form of comments to author. These comments and suggestion need to be incorporated in the article and resubmit to publisher (journal or conference).
Once the reviewer and editor of the journal or conference is satisfied, your paper will be published.
